What whats going on with Epig being all lecture? like he complain a lot on how things were going, whats that strategy or he was really upset?

and if he was upset why he pretty much was just coming to post lectures but not really taking more of a leader player

I deftnily did not thought he had btsc with TH, cause I recall they had some back in forth, I think :p

We were actually going to switch that lynch to Mata, and had even sent the PM to do so, but at the last second we collectively had a crisis of thought and switched it to Dom instead. Probably would have been a different game if we had stuck to our guns and gotten rid of Mata instead :p


:phew: I've always thought luck is just as important as skill in mafia, some players are very skilled at the game, but luck can down them in spite of playing their best. And some of us aren't especially skilled, but a little luck can bring a win. Looks like we got lucky a few times, for which I'm grateful!

I know I was afraid of DF and his nesting abilities, so much so that I wanted to abstain from killing on UM's last night. But Typh and DP thought I should do it regardless, and they were quite right. I'm guessing that the next night, you wouldn't have died if you hadn't survived the night before.

If we hadn't had a bit of luck going for us though, and had lost, this still would have been at the top of my favorite game list. I would have been happy for whichever team won, the fun was in the playing. :ripz:

It won't be in the next little bit, but we have already started throwing around story line ideas and character ideas. The problem is, I am terrified we won't come up with any new ideas for roles and game play. Beelzebub is dead forever this time, and we won't see Ultramorph for a second time. Of course we'll carry through the winning roles, they will just be different. I really don't think we've seen the end of Serenity. Her world has been terrorized, and as it's mother she can't let it go without a little justice...

Doubtful - but I believe Mafia: A World Reborn will run before RMIV, and that will be played on a map, with all the things that were wrong with the LOST game fixed! Such as, greater movement rates, and wider-ranged killing abilities for the baddie teams.

Beelzebubs epic challenge specifically states that she needed to get 4 recruits before she could start working on it.
Was it always the plan to give each baddie team ~4 recruits?

Both Team ??? and Team CD got 4 recruits. UM in the end got 5 recruits, but they won the D0 poll, so.

It was always a plan to keep the teams recruiting to a roughly similar number, and yes, the Day 0 poll gave Ultramorph (and Team Serenity) the advantage of recruiting first.

When someone who stole SVS's hunger power cursed me to get Tranq lynched, I really didn't think it was possible. Prior to that curse, Tranq barely posted. I went with the only thing I could think of, and that was to allude that I had info. Dirty? Maybe. Slick? Absolutely. Slimy? Yeah, a bit. But what choice did I have.

I see no option on the poll that says "I'd LOVE to play again, but why the *u*k do I never *u*k get recruited?"

I was The Angel, and I had 2 rezzes when I started the game. My challenge was to pick 5 people that would be alive after day 5. On day 5, the only one dead was Timmer. That's why I seemingly rezzed him with no reason.

Before that point, if I had been targeted for death, I'd self rez, but it would use 1 or both of my rezzes. ( I don't remember) If I completed my challenge (which I did), I'd have my two rezzes, and a self rez. When someone who stole SVS's hunger power cursed me to get Tranq lynched, I really didn't think it was possible. Prior to that curse, Tranq barely posted. I went with the only thing I could think of, and that was to allude that I had info. Dirty? Maybe. Slick? Absolutely. Slimy? Yeah, a bit. But what choice did I have.

Knowing that I'd be self rezzed after completing my challenge, I gave up the attempt, and obviously let everyone know that I was hungered.

When I died, I was unrecruited holding two rezzes. I do not regret not using them. I was NOT going to rez civs, only to be recruited by a baddie team, and have my own actions hinder my win.

I play to win, not to help other people win. I know that the hosts said that unrecruited folks where "civ neutral". I say that's great, but they aren't playing the game.

I want to win.

I just wanted to say, a lot of people were a little upset you were info dumping but I couldn't punish you because you weren't. You had absolutely no info. lol
